Our price for hardware replacement is vary and depends what job need to do. Once the price is set, there is no other fee involve. You pay what you see in here and for the part itself. You can simply buy the part from somewhere else or you can order from us.

We get from our supplier, some parts in Melbourne, some part in NSW
At Pegasus Computers, Our focus is servicing and repairing. We do not have stock any parts at our shop, therefore you get the cheapest latest parts price. When we order, the price include postage to our address but we can assure even after include postage, our parts still competitive compare to other retailers who hold the stocks up. Off course you always can buy your own parts 🙂
LCD & Keyboard replacement can be fix in matter of hours as long as we had the parts here. The part mostly will take 1 day if you put deposit or order before 11am and if the parts come from NSW, its around 2-3 days depending the courier mood, when they not lazy, it will be here in no time 🙂

Warranty does not cover data lost or damage cause by virus or any other malfunction, or damage to other equipment or data used in conjunction with the product(s) or business loss due to malfunction, wear and tear, misuse, abuse and unauthorized repair.
All Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
When you purchase parts from our supplier via Pegasus Computers, all the parts come with 1 year return to manufacturer. If the item faulty within 1 year, please bring it back to us with the invoice. Without Invoice, the warranty is void. Once your item in here, we then send the parts back to the supplier and they will send back to manufacturer. This will take between 4 weeks to 16 weeks.
For HDD replacement, you still need to pay labor fee as we need to re-install all the operating system, driver update, OS update, etc.
*All system do not have any software installed unless purchased or supplied by customer.
